Lauren is a creative professional with 10+ years of experience in design team leadership & engineering operational excellence.
Lauren is an art director and marketing operations lead with 10+ years of experience in agency and in-house creative environments, with a specialty in SaaS, product, and digital campaigns from concept to deployment. Her career has led her primarily to the medical & science fields, with brief detours into food & beverage advertising and higher education. Much like the agencies comprising her experience, she's tried a little bit of everything!
She currently serves as Associate Manager, Marketing Operations at the North American headquarters of Saint-Gobain, the world standard in building materials and nearly 400 years "young". She is the sole engineer of the Monday.com environment for a central marketing department of 60+ covering over 9 diverse specialties. Her direct experience and history as an art director, creative producer, and project manager allows her to accurately scope for all subject matter expertise within the department and consolidate brand cohesion efforts in a previously siloed client environment.
Earlier in her career at AccuWeather, she received recognition as the sole UX and UI architect for the enterprise-level SaaS SkyGuard app, successfully capturing CEO vision after multiple attempts over 10 years of iteration, contributing to over $10 million in new business connecting large corporations with expert meteorologists.
In the 2010s, she led the concepting and creation of large-scale immersive brand experiences at tradeshows for notable clients Novartis, Boehringer Ingelheim, Eisai, and others. She was the recipient of multiple industry awards for her unique blend of visually impactful medical illustration and attractive touchscreen programs that aided caregiver retention. She also previously designed college textbooks, where she was first asked to freehand digitally painted medical illustrations for AACR's Cancer Discovery journal.
She graduated from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and a minor in Japanese language. In her spare time, Lauren likes to digitally paint, run her self-taught photography business, and sew reproductions of outfits from her favorite video games...and see too many Broadway shows.
